REQUIREMENTS:
clean and valid US driver's license
your own parking space with a charger installed*
passed the background check
demonstrate and master your parking and driving skills
pass various online classes like: electrical safety and trespassing laws
The initiation process for Driver Partners include several steps, designed to ensure the safety and security of everyone involved - our customers, Partners, and team members, with a strong emphasis on road and assets safety

To join our team, having a passion for electric vehicles is a plus, but what's essential is a desire to work and strong driving skills
* Professional drivers with experience from companies such as Uber, Lyft, or in the trucking or busing industry (CDL) may not need to own a charging port to start earning as a Driver Partner with aPort
Every new Full-Time aPort Driver Partner will receive a welcome package which is designed to address most of the daily needs of the partners and customers in urban areas:
aPort branded gear, including a hoodie, hat, rain poncho, and white cloth gloves, for a professional and unified appearance
A reusable seat cover mat and gloves emphasizing our commitment to cleanliness and sustainability
An electric scooter or e-bike, enhancing mobility and reducing carbon footprints
In addition to the standard provisions, we offer our drivers the opportunity to generate additional income by becoming Service Partners
Basic Service Partner package:
Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner, enabling drivers to offer minor detailing services
A variety of products for in-app sales, like water bottles and air fresheners, allowing drivers to cater to customer needs directly
Optional items such as snacks and grocery delivery bags, providing versatility in service offerings
By opting to become Service Partners, drivers can extend their service range to include car washing, detailing, or even minor repairs, thereby contributing significantly to aPort's mission of fostering greener urban environments and enhancing the EV ownership experience.
